March 8 is Kenny Smith's 50th birthday! So the Inside the NBA crew got him a gift! But not a particularly nice one. Smith got a mobility scooter, which he used to ride over to the big board where he displays his "Kenny's Pictures" segment. It has rims. Well, not rims, a rim.
