Yankees' Andrew Miller doesn't change approach as closer

For years, Andrew Miller has heard the old cliché about being a closer: The last three outs are the hardest to get. That hasn’t been the case for the 29-year-old, who is settling in nicely as the Yankees’ closer — even if he hasn’t actually been anointed with that title by Joe Girardi.
