Rape charges against former UNC basketball player Melvin Scott dropped

Rape charges against former UNC basketball player Melvin Scott have been dropped. Scott was charged late last year with second degree rape in an alleged incident involving a female acquaintance who according to police was "mentally incapacitated and physically helpless." (WTVD)
