Tyler Ramirez singled and scored on a balk in the top of the 12th to give No. 18 North Carolina a 6-5 win over No. 22 UNCW Wednesday at Brooks Field. Trent Thornton struck out Joe Bertone with the tying run on third to end it, giving UNC a third consecutive win. Brian Miller had three hits and scored two runs as the Tar Heels improved to 26-15 and snapped the Seahawks' 10-game winning streak.
