Matt Harvey waited his entire life for this start. He was going to make the most of it. So before he fired his first pitch Saturday at Yankee Stadium, Harvey stepped off the mound. He walked 20 feet back on the grass toward second base. He looked at the crowd of 47,909, canvassing the area above the Yankees dugout. Harvey took a deep breath, took it all in and went to work. The Yankees never had a chance.
