Tar Heels stand in FSU’s way now

Another win might be all it takes now for FSU. But here comes eighth-ranked North Carolina, which trounced the Seminoles by 26 points on Jan. 7. A date with the talented but young Tar Heels is the reward for FSU’s first victory in the ACC tournament in four years. “I’ve said all along that they could have divided the team up and probably both of them would have finished in the top five in the league,” FSU coach Leonard Hamilton said of the Tar Heels.
