From 1985 to 1987, Coach entrusted Adam Fleishman ’87 ’91 (M.B.A.) to manage Carolina basketball teams that included Tar Heel greats , and , among others. A second-generation UNC basketball manager—his father Joel ’58 managed ’s 1957 national championship team—Fleishman worked behind the scenes to help one of college basketball’s greatest programs run smoothly.
