Bruce Carter ready to shine in Tampa

Bruce Carter only made one stop during his free agency. He didn’t jump around from city to city like many free agents do. He felt the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were the best fit. In the offseason, Carter signed a four-year, $20.5 million contract with the team in the offseason after playing four seasons with the Dallas Cowboys.
