Bruce Carter Primed for Leadership Role

Bruce Carter was one of the Bucs’ key free agent signings this offseason and since arriving in Tampa, he’s been working with the first-team defense as their middle linebacker. Although Carter is new to the Buccaneers, Head Coach Lovie Smith said that, because of the nature of his position, he needs to quickly develop into a leader on the Bucs’ defense.
