Yankees acquire Dustin Ackley from Mariners
Posted Jul 30, 2015
The New York Yankees acquired lefty-hitting outfielder/second baseman Dustin Ackley from the Seattle Mariners on Thursday. The arrival of Ackley would most affect second baseman Stephen Drew, though Ackley is not having an impressive year offensively either. Ackley, 27, is batting .215 in 85 games (40-for-186) with six homers and 19 RBI.
