UNC summer weight lifting videos

The UNC strength and conditioning department put together an extensive summer workout program to improve the size, strength, speed, endurance, and overall fitness of North Carolina's football players. Here are some videos and tweets of some UNC weight lifting landmarks. Its a great glimpse of the hard work the Tar Heel players put in with the hopes of huge payoffs come this Fall.
