ACC basketball in enough working order to begin projecting one

Here goes with a still-early-but-not-way-too-early look at the ACC, presented with an understanding that I reserve the right to change my voting order at the league’s media day in October. This is my column, so I get to make the rules. Save the anger for my slight of your favorite team. The ACC’s top tier (three teams): 1. Virginia, 2. North Carolina, 3. Duke.
