On every practice plan handed to each of the players on the North Carolina men's basketball team, there is an offensive, defensive and philosophical thought for the day. On Friday, in preparation for today's 5:30 game at Maryland, the 77th sheet of the season read: See the big picture and make the easy play. Play defense early.
