Bug Howard didn't expect this kind of reaction. After observing Saturday's low fan turnout at Kenan Stadium, UNC's junior wide receiver decided to act. While hanging out with members of the UNC basketball team on Tuesday, he made a post on Twitter. It was both criticism and a joke, but was intended as a rallying cry. And it resonated.
