Practice is underway and the season is a little over a month from starting. Here is this week's news items. Late Night With Roy details have been announced. Former Tar Heel and current TNT NBA analyst Kenny Smith will emcee the October 23rd event. Doors open at 6:30 PM with festivities starting at 7:30 PM, Admission is free. (Tar Heel Blog)
