Dascenzo: Don't count on another letdown by the Tar Heels
Posted Feb 13, 2007
To beat the Tar Heels once this season is impressive, to do it twice would be quite an achievement. And if either Virginia Tech or N.C. State manage it, both will have to do it in Chapel Hill. But the Hokies, who made 27-of-38 free throws (11 of 15 by senior guard Zabian Dowdell) actually had two fewer field goals (32-30) than UNC, and N.C. State's second half shooting (13-of-17) was downright amazing.
