North Carolina's men's basketball game at Virginia Tech, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Sunday evening in Blacksburg, Va., has been rescheduled for 3 p.m. due to wintry weather and icy road conditions in the area. ESPN3 will stream the game live, and ESPNU will show it on tape delay at the previously scheduled time of 6:30 p.m.
