Kentucky coach John Calipari was ejected from his team’s enormous Southeastern Conference road trip to South Carolina before 2 1/2 minutes of the game had passed. It couldn’t have been calculated, could it? No, it couldn’t. But could it? Really, who gets that mad that quickly in a college basketball game?
