This season UNC is meddling with the primal forces of analytic nature, ranking near the top of Division I in offensive efficiency yet doing so by shooting more two-point jumpers than any team in the country. The sport as a whole is moving emphatically toward the threes-and-dunks approach, yet here are the Tar Heels firing away on jumpers inside the arc like it’s 1986.
