Isaiah Hicks' tips give UNC a late boost

Isaiah Hicks recorded an important hat trick of tips in the final eight-plus minutes of a 75-70 win against Syracuse on Monday. One-handed tips toward a teammate are one way the Tar Heels extend possessions after missed three throws. It can work after missed field goals, too, and the 6-foot-8 Hicks had three tips turn into five points down the stretch. (Fayetteville Observer)
