Buccaneers expected to release Bruce Carter

A few days before NFL free agency opens, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are reportedly planning to part ways with one of the free agents they signed last year. Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports that the team is expected to release linebacker Bruce Carter on Monday. The Bucs signed Carter to a four-year deal worth up to $17 million last year.
