Daniel Bard brings perspective to latest comeback try

It sounds crazy now, but the downfall of Daniel Bard might have begun during a season in which he didn't allow a run for two months. "There are things you can look back on," Bard said on a Monday morning that called for reminiscing as he returned to Fort Myers to face his former team, the Boston Red Sox. Bard was ultimately diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome.
