Chapel Hill removes street signs ahead of NCAA title game

If UNC wins its sixth national championship on Monday night, the students on the Chapel Hill campus will doubtless be in a celebratory mood. And Chapel Hill city officials are concerned with one very specific kind of potential public nuisance: that revelers will take down street signs and ride them like surfboards, like they did when the Heels won it all seven years ago.
