North Carolina — Winner Given the new player-friendly rules for declaring early, UNC had to consider it a positive when small forward Justin Jackson and center Kennedy Meeks were its only underclassmen to test the waters. Even then, both of those players returned — Jackson doing so after receiving an invite to and participating in the NBA Draft Combine. (Today's U)
