Mohamed Bamba’s smart — there’s a reason that Duke and Harvard (yes, Harvard) are two of the schools that are highest on the list of schools chasing him — smart enough to know what he doesn’t know, including the ins and outs of the NBA salary cap and salary structures. And that’s why Bamba ponied up the money to head to Boston and attend the MIT Sloan Analytics Conference.
