USA Women's Soccer Blanks France In Olympic Group Play 1-0

The U.S. Women's Soccer Team took control of Group G with a 1-0 defeat of France thanks to Carli Lloyd's 63rd minute game-winning goal in its second match of the 2016 Olympic Games. UNC alumnae were prominent in the starting lineup in Saturday's win as U.S. coach Jill Ellis tapped all five Tar Heels on the team for the starting 11.
