Warren Marshall Lifts UNC Past Winthrop in Men's Soccer Exhibition

A second half goal from senior Warren Marshall lifted No. 8 North Carolina to a 1-0 victory over Winthrop on Friday night in an exhibition men’s soccer match from Eagle Field. After a scoreless first 45 minutes, the Clemmons, North Carolina, native gave Carolina the only goal necessary to come away with the win over the host Eagles.
