1. ACC Coastal: North Carolina (Prediction: 9-3, 6-2 ACC): They have arguably the most underrated big-time back in college football in Elijah Hood, and new starting QB Mitch Trubisky has been terrific when called upon. If the defense was a little better, I think this would be a Top 15 team. Last year: 11-3, 8-0, lost to Baylor in Russell Athletic Bowl. (FOX Sports)
