Growing up in North Carolina, big-time basketball recruits have four choices: they’ll choose between Carolina and Duke blue, the red of N.C. State or wear Wake Forest’s black and gold. Bam Adebayo, a graduate of High Point Christian, chose none of the above, instead becoming one of the rare blue-chip talents to leave the state when he decided to head to Kentucky.
