Jay Bilas picks North Carolina as ACC's best title chance

ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas said he thinks North Carolina has the ACC’s best chance to win the national title. After Seth Greenberg picked Louisville on ESPN’s College GameDay, Bilas countered with the Tar Heels. “I like Carolina if I’ve got to pick one team," Bilas said.
