'Granny Tar Heel' has kept 10-year journal of every basketball game

Joyce Goodman has her Tar Heel loyalty written out, line by line. The 73-year-old great-grandmother started writing down highlights and scores from every televised North Carolina basketball game. On wide-ruled notebook paper, she writes who scores, how many points, and any injuries that might sideline a player. It’s like a highlight sheet that’s handwritten. (WBTV)
