UNC grinds its way to redemptive national championship

North Carolina found enduring redemption in a basketball game many will want to forget. One year after losing a national-championship epic, the Tar Heels grinded their way to a sixth NCAA title Monday, surviving Gonzaga 71-65. The Tar Heels were the best team in the nation’s best conference this season, the ACC, and they reached deep when it mattered most. (Daily Press)
