Free agent point guard made a video, speaking to the fans of the Shanxi Dragons of the Chinese Basketball League and expressing his eagerness to come and play for the team, as announced by international reporter David Pick. The North Carolina product took to Twitter to deny his signing in China, 23 minutes after Pick’s tweet went live. (Clutch Points)
