Tar Heels hope transfer eases loss to MLS

With 10 of 11 starters and 95 percent of its scoring returning, North Carolina is a preseason prognosticator's ally. The ACC's nine men's soccer coaches picked the Tar Heels as the team to beat in the conference. Soccer America trumps that by ranking them as the nation's best. Then again, the one starter -- the five percent -- isn't a loss that a team can completely gloss over. (Durham Herald-Sun)
