North Carolina jumps to No. 7 in the AP Top 25 college basketball poll

North Carolina jumped several spots in both major national weekly polls this week and are back in the top 10 of each. In rankings released on Monday afternoon, the Tar Heels moved from No. 11 to No. 7 in the Associated Press Poll and from No. 10 to No. 7 in the USA Today Coaches Poll. Carolina has been ranked in 883 AP polls, most in college basketball history.
