One-and-done not going away as soon as expected

For the last year, we've been operating under the assumption that "one-and-done" will soon be a thing of the past and that the rule likely could be changed in time for members of the 2019 class to go to the NBA directly out of high school. However, NBA commissioner Adam Silver's comments over the weekend indicate we may need to pump the brakes a little.
