Carolina Panthers Sign Bug Howard

The Carolina Panthers have signed Bug Howard. The former Tar Heel wide receiver was signed by the Colts as an undrafted free agent following the 2017 draft but was released prior to the start of season. He then spent time on the Browns’ practice squad. “It's a great feeling to come out here and feel at home and be comfortable,” Howard said following minicamp practice. (Carolina Panthers)
