Four North Carolina freshmen led the way on the 2018 Inside Lacrosse ILWomen All-Rookie Team, honoring the nation's top first-year players. The Tar Heels' four All-Rookie Team members led the nation and helped lead Carolina to a third consecutive Atlantic Coast Conference championship and a seventh NCAA Tournament final four berth in the last 10 years.
