UNC's Miller always had velocity; now he's able to spot pitches

As Andrew Miller prepares to make his 10th start of the season tonight against N.C. State -- it'll be a marquee pitching matchup at Boshamer Stadium with Andrew Brackman getting the nod for the Wolfpack at 7 p.m. -- the Florida native says his biggest improvement this year has been his control. In his first two seasons, Miller walked an average of 4.9 batters per nine innings. This year he's only issued 2.65 per complete game.
