Cade Fortin shows talent, potential as a true freshman quarterback

Cade Fortin's raw talent impressed junior transfer Antonio Williams, who got his first look at Fortin in training camp. Yet the running back made it clear that the young man still has a long way to go. “Cade’s got a really good arm. He’s still learning the game. I think he’s going to be very, very good.” On Aug. 29, Larry Fedora named Fortin the second-string quarterback.
