Field Construction Underway in Kenan Stadium

Construction on the playing surface inside UNC's Kenan Stadium is underway. Crews began work shortly after commencement ceremonies on May 12 and as of May 28 almost all of the grass and previously installed turf had been removed. Installation of the FieldTurf will begin mid-June and as soon as additional steps are made to prepare the surface. (Inside Carolina)
