Deana King and Andrew Jones of Tar Heel Illustrated discuss UNC Football's strategy in the scholarship offers they’ve extended over the last month to recruits in the 2022 and 2023 classes. Prior to Wednesday, none of the 10 offers had been to in-state recruits, so King offers her insight and looks ahead at what may happen.
