Previewing the 2005 Tar Heels: The Secondary
Posted Sep 8, 2005
With seven or more defensive backs figuring to get substantial minutes for the Tar Heels on Saturday against Georgia Tech, the unit should be able to hold out over the course of 60 minutes. While not the most capable offensive unit in the ACC, Georgia Tech is certainly capable of putting up plenty of points against the Tar Heels unless they show up ready to play. Bunting is hopeful that his secondary will be up to the challenge of containing Yellow Jacket quarterback Reggie Ball and his favorite target, Calvin Johnson.
