With only hours remaining in the early signing period, Kevin Keatts and NC State added one of the most explosive guards in high school basketball. Trey Parker a North Carolina native who is playing his senior season for Atlanta based Overtime Elite has committed to the Wolfpack. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard is currently ranked No. 148 in the class of 2023. (247 Sports)
