UNC Offensive Lineman Willie Lampkin’s Advantages In The Trenches

UNC offensive lineman plays much bigger than his 290-pound frame. There’s a saying in football that the low man wins, and standing under six feet helps him naturally stay lower than the defensive linemen he is blocking. Lampkin was also a 47-0 wrestler in high school, which surely helps with hip flexibility, and helps him get even lower. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
