North Carolina effectively joins the ACC football race with the arrival of Saturday's league opener at Pittsburgh, the first step of what the Tar Heels hope will become a return trip to the ACC championship game. If UNC indeed is to deliver on that stated mission for this season, running it back will require traversing a different path this time around. (Inside Carolina)
