UNC Men's Golf finished second at the Jackson T. Stephens Cup at the Shoreacres Club in Lake Bluff, Illinois. The event took place Monday-Wednesday on the banks of Lake Michigan. LSU defeated the Tar Heels 3-0 in Wednesday's best-of-five match play finale. UNC was ranked No. 15 in the preseason coach's poll. LSU came in five spots higher at No. 10.
