Legal trouble could push John Wall to Miami

John Wall’s legal trouble could indirectly help Miami’s bid to sign the highly-touted high school point guard. That’s the opinion of national recruiting guru Bob Gibbons. If you haven’t heard by now, Wall was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering on April 27 in Raleigh, N.C.. Wall was cited for breaking into a vacant home along with two minors.

Among the schools in contention for Wall are Duke and N.C. State, who may have the most to lose from the 6-foot-4 guard’s brush with the law, according to Gibbons. “It may be all the more reason he might say, I need to get out of the Raleigh-Durham area,” said Gibbons (Palm Beach Post)
