Tar Heels sense rivalry with East Carolina

For the Tar Heels’ Quinton Coples, there’s plenty riding on Saturday night’s trip to Greenville to face the Pirates (1-2). “This is big,” said Coples, who grew up in nearby Kinston. “A lot of my family’s going to be there. Everybody’s going to be watching. Deep down in my heart, it’s a must-win situation.” Coples isn’t alone in respecting the heat of the rivalry.
