Catching up with The Jet: Kenny Smith

Twenty-five years have passed since Kenny Smith ended his career at UNC. He earned consensus first-team All-America honors in 1987, left school as UNC’s all-time leader in assists and steals and then embarked on an 11-year career in the NBA, where he won two championships with the Houston Rockets. These days, though, Smith admits he’s more recognizable than ever.
